  • Is the shampoo tear-free?

    Our Calm+Natural™ Baby Shampoo-Body Wash is formulated and made with natural ingredients, only what your baby's sensitive soft skin needs. This also means no numbing agents for their eyes. Our gentle wash is mild and may cause minor irritation to the baby's eyes. Wash baby face with care and spot applying wash and water to wipe off not rinse off. 

  • Can I get baby wash in my diaper, diaper pants or wipes subscription or Membership Box?

    All our subscriptions come in their own sized-to-fit box. You get one product per box. If you prefer to get all your products at the same time log into your account and update your next ship date on all your subscriptions to the same date. Need help? Email us: support@parasolco.com.

  • How many bottles do I get in every box?

    Every box is a 2-piece set complete with 2 bottles of product. However, you are able to choose whether you would like 2 bottles of the same product (Wash+Wash) OR 1 bottle of each product (Lotion+Wash) for subscription your order.

  • Is baby wash limited to babies or can parents use it too?
